there is one thing i really like about that set up...........SWAY BAR is still there.

My bag is on the lower control arm with sway bar still there and no problem

sweet ryan, normally you've got to ditch it because the sway bar mountis too close to the bag.
most people here don't care about handleing ,they just want to go up/down and side to side and lay/drag.

can you please show fme a pic of your set up aired up and with the bag compressed.

by the way i really dig your truck.

cool.
i've done it before but i had to cut the stock mount and make it lowwer and use a shorter rod for the bushings but the problem was that it bound pretty bad.
now i've got an 1.25" nascar style sway bar mounted to my uppers,it works alot better than i expected it to.
i do appreciate you takin' your time out to take me a pic.

here is a pic with the truck dumped. I first made a cut in the stock mount like the red lines indicate. I then bent the mount down to close the gap and welded it back up. I also am still using the stock sway bar end links with no binding:And here is a pic lifted:

thanks ryan,i appreciate that , that's what i did also (the first time) but i think i had my bag closer (inward). and my bag was rubbing on it and the rod did'nt look to happy when i was aired up. i think i was een bending rods.anhway i had issues but was determined to have a sway bar.
your's cool though.
by the way ADDCO makes an 1" sway bar for the mazda. it made a dramatic differance in handleing compared to the stock 3/4".
i don't know what happened to mine though.
it got lost at the shop.

Sway Bar???? What's that. LOL. Yep I really don' care to much if I can take a corner at 100, but if I do I just lay it about an inch from the ground and let the frame be my support with my body roll.

god damn man, now why the hell did'nt i think of that...lol
