The shop I work at just switched recently to BASF from Dupont .... have painted now with it for a couple weeks and have to say i like it alot. Although after shooting dupont for a while it does take a lil getting used to on the BASF.

I havent shot any candies yet from BASF cause I work at a Caddy/Chevy dealership and there hasnt been a need for it of course ..... but from what ive read on your post and reading the info from BASF and our paint rep it seems like your misinformed a lil and being really vague on the whole carizzma candy deal.

Here is an idea though basf dude.... let he product sell itself... dont force it on the people.

I thought BASF didn't make the products... "they make the products BETTER".

hell thats what i have always heard to.. they have well over 160 subsituaries(sp?) that they work with and they work with RP, RP-diamont(wich is there stuff),sikkins, dupont, ppg, shirwin williams,valspar-auto&house paints,Martin Senior, colrworks, and on and on and on.. where do you think most of the paint companies get the dry pigmets and chimicels to mix some of there paints from..

BASFbullshit. PPG makes candy..HOK makes candy...Dupont makes candy...although HOK has a deeper finished look to it in my opinion. Only thing I dont like about HOK is the fact that you cant get a custom color. I know the guy at my paint supply store will make me any shade or color candy I can think of in PPG and Im sure you can do the same with Dupont, etc. But fuck the lying shit...
