I've got an extra 4.0L, ECU, and MAF with about 95k on it out of a 94 sitting around I will let got for $150 you will need to find a wiring harness for it though. Could possibly bolt up to your trans depending on what trans you have. The factory ratings on it were 160hp and 225tq but they are pretty peppy for what they are.

i have a friend that dirt tracks with a 2.3 ford ranger engine and he makes right at 400 hp on it, but he has alot of money in it. fucking 2000 shocks (per shock not all together lol) on the thing.
