i have to tunnel the floor either way right? w/ a 3" Z & a 4" b-drop do you think i would need to tub the rear fenders for 20's & would i be able to keep the 3rd seat?

do you think the motor will clear the hood? - i doubt it with a 7" diffrence once it's all said and done... probably need a cowl.

Michael White of Barnyard Customs (www.builtbybyc.com) makes a raised crossmember for these trucks. I think he said it goes for $350. he also makes tubular control arms, upper and lower, that come with new ball joints. With the crossmember, he says you can lay the frame flat with 20s. Add 3" drop spindles, and you can tuck 22s no problem. And, you don't raise the motor. This would give you ample room to perform your body drop, and still retain the stock hood.

Damn! that is a good price compaired to all of the structural work that would need to be done. welding things are nice, but for somthing bolt on that is tried & tested, i think $350 is well worth it. I'll check it out Thanks!
