i would think that by 4wd he would mean the 2600is... i know the clutch plate from a second gen t2 has the same spline size and teeth count, but is like 1/8in smaller in overall diameter compared to the stock 2600i clutch... might be the t2 rear we want for the 2600i...

but i know that the 2wd and 4wd rear ends in the 2600i's arent exactly the same.

oh well nevermind then... i just know that about the clutch plates... figured might be the same for the rear...

couldn't ya just use the pig? instead of boltin the whole thing in, just use the LSD unit in with ur snout?

i guess you could do that but it will be a lot more work. its would just be easier to use the rx7 snout.

would it be easier if you use the 7 snout and have to have a custom shaft made, or is it easier once you already have the snouts off, just swap the lsd unit from one to the other and just use your driveline... sounds to me spending the extra time to swap lsd units, would be easier than just coppin out early with the snout straight swap and driveline build time...

i can see what you mean. it would be more convenient to swap gears and stuff but labor wise it would be simpler to swap snouts and then get a shaft made. idk. its all personal preference.
