the cooper is out, I checked discount tire. The toyo is still intresting, I can get a hold of a 8.5" rim. Inormally wouldnt want one so small for the front but I am setting this up to drive super low and its body dropped.
I just bagged a Silverado that had a 255/30-22 stretched on a 22x10. There must have been at least a quarter inch of rim lip stickin out past the tire!
Essentially the same corporation produces both Nitto and Toyo which is why they both make tire sizes the same. Toyo will probably produce it, and Nitto (kings of wheels too big) will market it to all the ballers of the world.
I like a 24 on a car or mini truck would look horrible!!!
Toyo had two Chargers @ SEMA with 255/30/24 on the front and 275/30/24 on the back. The tires are made but they have not been approved by DOT. one of the reps told me around 7 months to a release date.
