naw playa the bottom one is for a suck up kit(for 3 wheelin)they dont matter you can take them of or but ride climate controls so you can ajust the ride.on my civic i just have them open and it rides fine.

Mounting the fill valves on the tank would work fine. The dumps can be anywhere in the line. Putting the valves in the trunk with the tank will make it lift slower in the front and make less play time because it takes a lot more air to fill. But I recommend it that way because the ride is ten times better. If you are worried about ride more than quickness I also recommend getting two 1/4 gallon tanks and putting them between the rear cylinders and the fill valve as accumulators. It will keep the back from flying up every time you hit a bump. (I also use 1/4 inch line between the accumulators and the cylinders

MIC sells SMC cylinders.My roommate got his from there a couple months ago.One caution though.If your Accord has rear disc brakes you need to do a little grinding on the parking brake cable mount cause it will cut into the rear cylinder.
