That is the link to the other topic that has picks of my setup and more info for you.
I run the easystreet front kit on mine and is a little cheaper than the art kit I believe. I would advise against the engine driven compressor kit. It is way cheaper to buy one from an autoparts store and build your own kit. Also the last time I looked into one they didn't use the biggest compressor there is. they come with a 209 where you can get the 210 from autozone or a junk yard. I know you have limited time while you are here so that could prevent you from building the brackets. Another option would be an oasis which uses the same compressor just has an electric motor on it and can be mounted anywhere.
They are expensive though. I would also suggest 1/2 lines and valves. I upgraded this past winter and is much better with the 1/2. I run 200 psi in my 8 gal tank and it is just the right amount of air to lift it up and kick the compressor on. But that is also to 145 psi in the front. Without a b/d you wont need to run that much.
You forgot on your list some semi wheels from T.W.A.T. !! hit up lockone on here if you need wheels, he sells 22.5 semis that he has milled down to 22's and will hook you up.
