what kind of notch is that weld-on or bolt-on would I have to cut the bed for that notch? how much was the fittings? also I was wanting to know I have a few 10gal air tanks layin around the shop will they fit under the bed?

8" weld on and have to cut bed...3" is bolt on and no cutting bed...Fittings were 135 for 40 fittings...10 gal should fit under the bed in the rear. I have a 12gal under the bed of my dually.

and my question is about the air tank its 34" end to end will that fit between the the frame rails?
I also bought a hypertech programmer, helix power tower, cold air intake with K&N filter, headers, and lookin at running 3" exhaust hi flow I'm lookin at getting 18+ mpg city can it be done?
