Warranty issues with Slam Bags?

Yeah Nick over at Slam is a great guy! Have had nothing but sucess with the new bags from him.And there CUSTOMER SERVICE is AWESOME!!!!!

I had a bubble form on the side of a RS-62. I called Nick, told him my problem. Sent it to him, a week later I had a new bag on my door step.....and they didn't even need my invoice!

Slam Specialties definitely gets my props for their customer service. Way to be guys

yes i have had 2 bags replaced for customers they always stand behind there bags thats why there the only bag i install

I was the original test shop for slam bags in 2001. with my input on the bag,the bag at that time. i was hitting them with a constant 650 psi! they've always had excuses for the cracking and blistering. i told them they were not ready for distribution and they got greedy.they're an awsome bag for hopping but i wouldn't put a set on my own truck that i drive. the cracks and bubbles are only cosmetic.
