i knew what u ment . u made a whole new middle section.but i am gonna cut the top of the rails off put the 75x50 RHS in the rail as the new top n weld it all up n gusset it at the front and rear where we have cut the stock rail. n plate it, n plug it all alone the way. and i have been told to do it this way by a few peopledont like that plate idea ... cause i wanna get mine engineered and back on the road.

im with you Zac, put the RHS in the chassis, put pics up of your frame shorty, would like to see how it turned out with the 4mm plate on top rather than the RHS in it

Sorry Nathan I made new rails for mine out of 75x50x4mm RHS and I had it bent to the chassis profile...

It's not finished, I will put pics up soon enough...

well the frame looks pretty good now, supersytlin has done a killer job, a long way to go though

Anyone have any pics of the frame after they stock floored it?
Did you guys cut the Top off the frame, or the bottom.. I know people that do it both ways..

ill post photos of the rails soon just got a bit more work to do on the cab mounts. but we just cut the top off the rails and how ever much off the sides and welded in 75x50 4mm thick box for the new tops
