Eric, do you have any mazda arms in stock? If no then what is the usual wait on them? Just curious. Your arms look top notch.

You have all the Isuzu arms done? In your post on 'BYC clientle and workers only' you said 'oh i guess i see i have a few older isuzu orders i need to do'... So answer me this, if you see you have orders to do, how do you have them all caught up?

yeah, stfu now.

Wow! this is like Deja Vu. When I bought my Viper I called Hennessey Motorsports to find out the details of the "Venom 500" package that it had on it. John Hennessey actually answered the phone himself and was super cool and really helpful. Then I started getting warnings from Viper Club members to steer clear of him and it was pretty nasty, much like this. It seems that as Hennessey found himself with a waiting list, he began to spend the money he had in pocket and use his next sale to pay for the parts for the current ones. Then, when business slowed he didn't have the necessary new income to pay for the in house jobs. He stiffed one guy $80k for a Venom 1000 kit AND had to give him back his car in pieces because he had sold the stock stuff to try to get back in the black. John Hennessey is still not trusted in the Viper community and probably never will be but he is making strides to be a better business owner. My experiences with him were always positive.

The lesson here for Mike (who I don't know) is: You've burned some bridges. Not all of them are going to be rebuilt. All you can do is make new ones. But you can't have an attitude towards the people you pissed off. Why shouldn't they be mad. They liked you enough to give you money for your parts. You messed that up. Repeat after me: "I'm sorry guys. Things got out of hand. I'm going to try to be the best in the industry in quality AND service from now on." And for potential customers: you know the history. Use caution, but make up your own mind. If you get the agreement in writing and/or don't pay until delivery then maybe it's worth a shot. Maybe not.
