All I have to say, is something is very very wrong with your perspective. You have customers willing/demanding to pay for shipping again in order to expedite delivery of parts that you claim are done, yet nothing is done about it. Your worried more about what Jon and everybody else thinks than truly making your customers happy! Fucking get a clue and do right by these people already. If the parts are done, then fucking SHIP THEM even if the customer pays again!!! Fucking pay them back when you can if you feel that bad about it, but drop the fucking excuses about never hearing the end of it already!!!

It's really not that complicated unless you really don't have the parts done as claimed.

yes, thats two pieces. it was the last of that tubing and the customer wanted them right away.

I have since gotten more tubing that size.
