just to let you know i was running two viair 500 when i first did my setup and i had to sell one to help a friend out and in about three months it went out but my other one is still working after like two years. i just got two air zeniths on the way to replace the one 500 so i hope they dont suck but all things have there problems, try the new one and see how good it works, but dont throw or sell your viair.

DONT LISTEN TO THE CRAZY ASIAN!!! BOTH COMPRESSORS HAVE THEIR FLAWS...BUT BOTH HANDLE PROBLEMS BUT AZ HAS PROVED TO HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! AARONS COMPRESSOR WAS THE 2ND ONE WE GOT BACK OUT OF 100 COMPRESSORS WE SOLD ALREADY!!! 8GAUGE WIRE IS WHAT WE SELL IN OUR AZ COMPRESSOR WIRING KITS. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO RUN 2 BATTERIES TO RUN 2 AZ COMPRESSORS NEITHER! I WOULD JUST MAKE SURE YOUR ALTANATOR CAN HANDLE THAT MANY AMPS...THESE COMPRESSORS ARE REALLY GOOD...NO NEED TO SECOND GUESS BUYING THESE COMPRESSORS..IF ANYONE HAS ANY MORE QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK AWAY...YOU CAN CALL THE SHOP 559-486-5444OR EMAIL US INFO@AIRBAGPARTS.COM

ive heard nothing but good about az

no electric part is perfect and problems will arise but lets see where az is in a year or two they may end up the same as viar

Viair has always been a pos in my view. The supercrew has been through 8 viairs. Burned up a 325 and 2 450s without a month of getting bagged. Burned out the others over a two year period before moving on to an Oasis. At least when you hear of an AZ dying you also hear of a new one being "on the way" as soon as they notify AZ. Not one Viair was warranteed. Instead they just give a bogus excuse and do not respond after that.

The cycle time on AZ's are pretty short so two batteries is not necessary. The two in my toy fill up quick and don't stress the stereo at all.If you have rust in the check valve or are worried about it run your water seperator between the pump and the valve.

This is true. Good luck dealing with Viair. They are a chinese compressor mafia. You cannot win. They have a sign on the wall "Customer is always WRONG"

The only way you can get a new pump from Viair is if its brand new and fucked up out the box. If its USED, good fukin luck. Its been over worked.

THey wont warranty fuck all without papers showing you purchased a pressure switch also, no big deal. I sent them an invoice for a customer , it was purchased with a VIAIR pressure switch and a 3 gallon tank, a Viair 450c compressor, they said it was overworked LOL. I give up, they are NAZI's.
