hood on a body droped s10

what` everyone doing for there hood i did mine 3.75 and the intake manifold looks like it will hit the hood i want it to be under stock sheetmetal any idea`s ??

you gotta drop yer motor, i am werking on droppin mine right now, im gonna make new cradle and all. i will post pics as soon as tommorow rolls around

I did an eclipse hood and shaved my hood seam,but my truck was only a 3 icnh body drop...

this is a little off of the subject of a stock hood, but i hav a s-10 thats just bagged, no body drop, but itll lay the frame just fine from front to back, anyways i wanna know how u guys are dropping ur motors because my oil pan isnt a 1/4 from the grouund now. and ive got some serious scrapes to prove it. i dont see how ur gettin any clearance from that little amount???

i too was wondering about chit's question and do they make a shorter oil pan?

duh thats cause its an 87..

yes you cut your oil. pan in half and section it and the oil pick up tube. not hard to do, but gotta do it right so it doesnt leak..

i know that but what i did was drop my stock air cleaner and section the hood
