I'm fairly new to the truck scene and will be baging & body dropping a fullsize(looking at a 1999 Ram), and am just wondering why I'm not seeing that many Dodge Rams being done, compared to Chevs & Fords. Is it just personal tastes or is there somthing about Rams that limit your posiblities?

I think rams are cool but it all personal preference for me. I am a big chevy fan thats what im worken on baggen right now. Im just a few parts short of having a complete system. However i have seen when it comes to like replacement parts it was easier and cheaper to fix my 89 shortbed than it was to repair my 77 dodge,318. So i think alot of it is just preference. Theres alot of people that do dodges up to be really nice but not as common in oklahoma here either. But all the suspension work is pretty much equally difficult no matter what your baggen. Just my opinion on the deal. Good luck!

I'm trying to get mine done!!

If you want to be different do a Dodge but don't expect to find a lot of parts for them. I have a few brand new stock parts for the 94-01 Rams if you needed something.

i like my ford. you dont see a really big pile of stock floored fords either. mine is reg cab short bed stock floored with the 5.4L stock a.c and heat. i love it.

I gotta admit. Even though I have a Dodge if I were looking at a pre-02 ram I might get a 97+ Ford and put the 04+ clip on it. There are two local guys with that setup and it looks damn nice.

i would say you dont see many dodges because most dodge fans want to lift em. the rams are more designed to haul ass off road.
