so have you tried to cut the weld out yet? cut them out, lay the truck out and weld them back in when its layed out. that way you will have it layed out and it will get the most out of the ball joint..and the only timeit would bind would be all the way up

He shouldnt have to cut up his arms. KW should be sending out new ones that do as these are supposed to. But i can see by now its not gonna happen, so they sure wont be getting any more business out of our shop.
Also the tube ends are notched for the balljoint cup, so u cant just cut it off without leaving a gap to weld up after.
Migging them and filling the gap left from cutting and angling the ball joint is not something we should have to do.
