How far is the center of the balljoint from the center of the cross shaft?

Im going to the shop tonite.. i'll measure both the upper and lowers.

Measure your stocks too. I don't have Mazda arms on hand to measure, and I'm sure they are different than Toyota.

i'll have to measure them on my other mazda... I threw the stocks from the reg cab away... haha.

i used them on garricks truck and they work just fine on 20's, and i used them on my suburan, sound like operator error

Sounds more like KustomWorks messed up on the ball joint angle . These parts are not pressed out like factory they all will not be the same . I dont get whats so hard to understand the guys frame is stripped bare nothing but Control Arms and Spindle . So nothing is in the way for them to bind but the BALL JOINTS which means they messed up on the Ball Joint angle plain and simple . Kustom Works said they would lay on 18s with no spindles and With Spindles on 20s so back the product up and redo the ball joint angle and eat the shipping cost which should not be charged to the customer .

Thanks man... finally someone that understands!!!

the only problem I see with changing the angle is that it will then bind at lift. Im thinking that it is more likely the length of the arms or the ball joint just doesn't have enuff articulation.

You need to lay the suspension as far out as it goes and then raise the suspension up and measure how much total life you are getting . If you are getting around 12-13 inches you can just have KUSTOM WORKS Re-Angle the ball joint plate you will lose 1 inch or so of lift but with 20s you only need around 11inches if that to untuck .

I'm new here anyway. I have not heard from Eric Either. No phone no mail, nothing. They have my money and I do not know when I will ever get the arms I designed and ordered 11 weeks ago. They have my spindles and ball joints. It seems that eric is very reputable and knows what he is doing. That's why I contracted Kustom Werks to build them for me. But what do I do now?

What should I do?just keep callin bro. i called about an hour ago and got eric on the 3rd ring.

heres a shot in the dark but is there a chance that there upside down? because from the looks of that pic it almost seems that the balljoint sleve is angled up versus being angled down like it should.
