I'm curious on welding the cast spindle also. I don't know my hondas, but I thought they were all cast. I've had a few things welded that were cast (parts to my saw that i can't buy/replace anymore) and it took a while before I found someone with skills to do it around here.

You are an idiot. you really should not come back onto SSM until you hit 8 years old, From the sounds of it thats a long way away for you. Your civic is not that cool, it lays big deal... I've had unibodys lay front to rear, 2 of them in fact....
Now my one question to you is how were your spindles done? there is only one way I know to safely weld cast and even then its not the safest bet... I know plenty of welders who will gaurentee there work but will not when it comes to cast..
My feelings from reading this thread is someone should kick you in the nuts... And someone else needs to quiet down your chick, I'm still trying to figure out were she fits in.. her husband built it, he's a man let him speak for his own work
