^^^My wife wants to move also, but the current house we have is small (first house), and we have a 1 year old and have another on the way, so we've definitely got to move soon. I keep telling her I need a bigger place to put all my junk, but I couldn't sell her on the shop bigger than the house idea

I live with chinky chris and his GF. Its a nice little 3 bedroom place but its only got a one car garage which is bein taken up by an integra that is slowly getting converted to right hand drive and that is gonna be stupid fast. Then in the drive way there is a GMC typhoon, a hammered 96 4dr blazer and my BD ranger. and here shortly once the house inspector comes by there will be 2 car ports in the back on some slabs of pavment and then my 720 is gonna make its way back there.... The nice thing is I have a big room they keep theyr ac at 70 and Rachele cooks diner ever night.... Cant complain at all for what Im payin a month hehe

I live with 3 other guys and one guys girlfriend. We rent the place and all go to college in cincinnati. Pretty big place, and a two car garage. Would be a lot better if it was a single door and there wasn't a god forsaken pole in the middle, but hey it works.

you can partially see our house

We just bought this one a couple months ago for $250k. It is 1700 square feet, 4 bed, 2 bath with a one car garage and a small shop. But it works for me.

bought my first house 2yrs ago, 900sq foot redid everything all crazy, every room a different bold color, lots of chrome furniture. coffee table made out of a chrome 18x9 rim with glass top, living room wall half smashed down with plastered edges then airbrushed to look like it burnt down, dub city cars everywhere. Arborite kitchen countertop to look like angle grinder marks. bathroom is all blk&wht checkered with full pinstriped toilet. skate park and ping pong in basement. 3 car fully developed and heated 800sq foot garage and a cover all garage. enough driveway space for 6 cars.gotta love canadian prarie housing prices.

are you for real?

Yea. I bought my for 104,000 then spent like 25,000 building the garage and doing renos. the garage isnt stuccoed yet and i currently have no back lawn but im workin on it. the vehicles and interior of my house kinda had priority. im only 26 and i currently have no girl or kids, thats how i can do this. Ill post some pics of my mini-inspired house when i can.
