I HAD A COP TRY TO DO ME THAT WAY IN BEREA KY AND I WENT TO COURT IT WAS THREW OUT CAUSE I WAS OUT OF MY RIDE. I LIVE IN RICHMOND BEEN HERE ALL MY LIFE THEY DID THE SAME THING HERE I TOLD THEM TO FUCK OFF AND WENT IN THE HOUSE CAUSE IF YOUR NOT IN YOUR RIDE AND THE KEYS NOT IN THE IGNITION THEY CANT DO SHIT.

In the state of IL if you are on your own privent property then he can't say anything to you. You could do a burn out in your drive way and not get a tickect unless it is for a noise complant and some one called you in

Are we forgetting here people that the only thing any LE officer needs is "PROBABLE CAUSE"? Did you know you can be pulled over just because they so-called "SAW YOU SWERVE A LITTLE"? I come from a cop-family and if anything, I've learned more than I need to about cops, hell, my dad was a cop, and he's totally annoyed by cops now, as they will do/say/try anything to get you to fuck up so they can, once again, "HAVE PROBABLE CAUSE". No matter how much you complain, LE has more power and generally it's an ego trip. If you've taken any Criminal Justice classes in college, then you'd understand that this didn't "JUST" start happening, it's been going on since cops rode horses and chased cowboys.

sounds like bullshit to me. i had a cop who is a buddy of mine cause im fromt a small town look at my truck. told me what he could right tickets for. i have blue lights in my turn signals. its illegal to have blue ligths but my blink more clear and he said i probably deffeat it if i got wrote up. best thing to do is to make friends with a few cop. i know all the ones in town. then ask them if what u are doing to ur truck is legal or not. most cops i know dont care to help u out. most are humans andn know ppl make mistakes. its only harassment if its so many times in a certain length of time. and no they cant come in ur house or search ur truck without a warrant. make them get one and piss a judge off early and the judge more likley through it out. you are also aloud to aks for the certification on writing speeding tickets and certification on the gun they use as well. it much be check every 5 times. get to know some cops and that will help u out alot.

well i've decided to go on the court date and fight it, cause i think it's total bullshit. I don't even have any tickets to brag about. Thats all they give around here is bullshit tickets that 9 times out of 10 get thrown out because the person at the court house is like wtf thats not even a crime. My first ticket was because my drop tint was an inch lower than it was supposed to be...it got thrown out. my second ticket, the cop said i didn't sit at a stop sign long enough...had to pay it cause it was my word against his. then this ticket which i refuse to pay because i didnt do shit. All rookie state boys too. I don't understand, they are supposed to be out catching drug dealers and drunk drivers but nah they have to give me and my buddies a bunch of shit for petty things. My town is a one square mile radius. my town combined with the 2 surrounding towns (still in the same county) is about a 5 mile radius. We have 28 law enforcers including state boys, sheriffs, locals, and vehicle enforcement. Shit is getting out of hand. My buddy just got a ticket last month for having too much mud on his truck. it used to be 3 cops in the surrounding area, now theres 28. This used to be a sweet place to live, cause everybody got along and didnt have to worry about getting a ticket everytime you go up town.

i know for a fact bill brasky would take it to court, then in court he would tell the judge to go fuck himself, then bill would end right where he wanted to be, at the end of bubba's penis gettin butt rammed in jail
