just plead innocent and go fight it, fuck that cop, hes a dick, probably wont even show up, sounds like a quota writer to me.
heres an example tottaly opposite of why this is so ludacris(sp)
the other night at 1 am i was driving my drunk buddies home in one of their lifted chevys, there is road construction by his house so they are all wasted and like take out the cones, so i take out abut 70 cones or so, hang a left into his neighborhood, hang another left then i see lights, i get out the cop tackles me and is all pissed, tells me im going to jail for felony vandalism, then cuffs me and puts me in the cruiser, then my buddies as well, then gets in the car and says, alright, im gonna run you guys, if one of you comes back dirty your all going to jail, if none of you come back dirty, your all going home, we all came back clean and he let us go, told us not to knowck road cones over anymore, so this being a way more serious situation should tell you that no, that fuck stick should not have written you a ticket, thats bullshit, but who knows, maybe i just wanted to tell my story from friday night.

you are on private property..you can not get a driving ticket. get a lawer and sue the county for harrasment

And yes you can get a ticket on private property, just not really in this case. And you cannot sue for harassment as this is not harassment. Me calling you thirty times in one day and hanging up is harassment, a cop writing you a ticket for an unfounded reason is not.

you can fight it... i got pulled over in march 05 for speeding said over 105...in a truck that wont do over 100, cruise set at 80 lol...i didnt pay it it was like 150 miles away in a shithole town with a gas station and courthouse nothing else haha coming back from the havasu show, bout 8 months ago i got pulled over again by my house licence plate lighjt burned out and no licence with me... went to jail had a warrant cuz i didnt pay that one ticket from march '05, mom bailed me out 650 bucks cash, the ticket had amounted to like 500 bucks or something... anyways I got all charges dropped my FTA, criminal speeding liscne light burned out, no licence with me GONE, and just handed a civil 15 over... 116 bucks was all i ended up paying no jail time cept the like 3 hours i waited for my mom and the bail money returned lol.

id fight it, id take pictures & everything. if you have a friend with a crown vic have them park behind you so that you can demonstrate how close he was from in the cab & while outside so they can see how he was riding your ass. not to mention take pics of your house & the driveway bring a sample of the gravel & tell them he was on my ass so much i thought there was a chance he was gonna hit me as i entered my driveway i have spent alot of money on my truck & dont feel like spending more so yes i entered MY drive way a little faster than normal but if he hadnt been tailgating me i would have entered nice & slow like normal.

sounds like quota to me here's what you do take pics of they loose rocks at the end of the drive way, plus your truck if lowered great cause everyone knows mini's loose traction all the time get a written statement from anyone else in the house to verify that it has happened before also have your friend go to court with you and explain how everything went down (the getting out of the truck walking up to the house etc.) it should work.good luck with it!!
