The one's he is running r single 4ohm!!! So 2 4ohm subs wired together equal 2ohms there 4 a mono amp will work perfect

as long as he get's one that is stable at 2ohms and not 1ohm

that's what i was saying that a mono is perfect for what he needs, I was just pointing out the fact that you said, it didn't matter if they were single or dual.

It doesn't matter if they r dual or single voice coil cause u can get 2ohms out of 2 single 4ohm subs or 2 dual 2ohm subs
