so just pie cut the uppers downward to keep the ball joint from binding? But you can still keep the heat and ac with the 22's, say with just a traditional bd?

depends on what bodystyle.....you loose your AC and have to build a new heater box to keep heat regardless of what wheels you use on the box style. The 88-98 style, you can keeep it all on 22"s.

yeah, mine's the 2000 body style ( like lockone's) The truck's torn down ready to start cutting, but I'm just sticking with my 16's for now, too broke to afford 22's right now, but just trying to get an idea as to what I have ahead of me - under the hood at least and to get an idea of how hard it will be to up grade to 22's ya know.... this is my daily so the more crap i can keep like heat, etc. the better, but either way the double wheel bitch is goin to the ground.....

A 255/65/16 is the same size as a 265/35/22 just dropin some knowledge to help you out with the build...when you get ready for the duece2s let me know and I will fix up up right...L8R...good luck with the cutting...
