ANYONE DIG THE OLD SCHOOL TANDOM AXLE TRUCKS?

it was featured back in 94 -95 when it was black & pink & had a topper.....

shannons trucks rearend does not turn both axles it is a dummy setup. i cant wait to see this tandem axle dually.

you could do a six link.

two links on the front axle, two on the rear axle, and a 2 links between the axles with a center pivot, much like the articulating axles on a car hauler. you just need to make sure they can flex independently.

it will be hard to find a axle small enough for the truck that is set up to be a tandom drive axle. You'll probably have to have one made, or shorten the shit out of a medium duty truck rear end and respline it for regular axles... who knows... lots of work!

by the way MIC did a bagged black nissan tandem truck a few years ago and if i remember correctly it has been at a few shows last year and showed up in show coverage.

Hey svrdfknties - I sure would like to know the whereabouts on that tandem dually. The truck was supposed to be done in time for the '05 SEMA show but didn't show. A shop in Oklahoma was supposedly building it. Any updates you can give me? Brent
