Ok, so I'm a pussy, and deliberately set up my truck to be barely off the ground... my xmember still hits road reflectors, and my muffler throws a few sparks, but that's as far as i was willing to go with my "daily driver".

My question is this, I'm going to ITB and considering throwing some blocks on it just to play around with, but I've read a million threads on here about people sick of seeing blocks at drag sessions and shit... SO, should i park it or "fake" spark it?

I'm also curious about anybody having problems w/ the blocks breaking off and fukin up your roll pan or anything.

With the block, you spend that mush money on them and they only last just a couple of drags

if your wanting something to drag with just weld some scrap steel to the bottom of the frame less money

^^^ that leads me to the next question... is that the best way to mount them? drill a couple holes in the bottom of the frame and have a bolt pointing down into a tapped block of steel?? or are the angle bracket setups better for any reason?

blocks make alot more sparks than just bare frame.....so if you are trying to impress a video camera, use blocks

more sparks=more fun

of course 6 inches of steel sticking down off of your frame is kinda gay, but some blocks dont hurt.

mine are titanium blocks any way. but the angle iron or bracket normally are bought with 2 3\8's holes very weak you will snap them like twiggs. i drilled 2 1/2 inchs holes on ither side of the frame where i wanted them and i was good to go

lol, yeah, i don't need much, can't hardly fit my fingers under my frame...
