old hitch balls make nice drag blocks, if you happen to know where you can get some real cheap.

i used 2"x4" stock and turned it up on its end and put one on one side of the truck and one on the other side right in front of the roll pan and it wouldnt last long maybe 10 r 15 miles r so around here and that was speeds anywhere from 75 to 100+ i made some that was about 1 foot long and 8 in wide i think how big it was out of the same stuff and it made the ass end slide around and it took longer to get them hot check my profile i have some draging pics of the truck on there with the 2"x4" drag blocks they were wore down in the pics but it still did a good job it helps to have your own welder and torch like i do cause u can weld different metals on and test to see what works and what doesnt and then you can just cut it off when your done

I use hitch balls, and they work great. But if your gunna use balls, go big or go home and get 2 5/16". They last a long time and throw great sparks.

no its all wrong if it doesnt lay then dont drag it and hitch balls are fricken dangerous period. if you have to plate the frame thats cool but drag blocks just dont make sense. just my 2 cents dont get mad
