here is my question b/c i'm ranger retarded.

yota's gotta be z'ed.. rangers do too.. when you do a yota swap, do you gotta z it any? if so that mght be the difference b/c the white and purple ones are yota clips.

an s10 frame doesnt have to be z'ed.. that might be why the black one is lower in the fender.

but like ppl have said, the black one DOES have 22's on it.. hard to say why it looks different.

its the same as (and no disrepect here jeff, your blazer is badass and so are you).. but jeff's blazer bows hood.. but others lay out and can drive on rocker on 22's, same tires..

z'ing the frame moves your front suspension up.. which would make it higher in the fender to be flat with the bottom of the frame!

Whether it is Zed different frame, no frame it no matter, the fender is the same and the rim size is the same, measure both and you have what you fit, period.
Good luck and lets see that on concrete with you sliding paper under it like Bagged85 did, then we will talk. Maybe take pics of the tire size.
Something smells funny, oops sorry that was me.

thanks james for posting those pics, i was going to but i couldn't find them. the black ranger on 22's looks like it doesn't lay out in the front. i have 20's on the front of mine and me and james measured how tall the fender's were before we cut off the core support. A 22 with a small ass tire would MAYBE fit under the stock sheetmetal, but it would almost definitely bow the hoodup. Look at the underhood pic of my truck. looks my truck's tires are higher than the ranger with the 22's, and I am only running 225/35/20s. Mine lays out hard though (see the other pic)
