Need Info on removing A body!!!! Please Help, any info will help a ton!

ive got two peices of 8" c channel 10' long and i jack the body up off of the frame and slide the beams between the body and frame and put large jack stands under the ends of the beams then takew the wheels off the frame and let it down on the ground then with a couple of buddies you tie a rope or chain around the frame and pull it out (by hand not with a car) very slowly as to not catch one of the beams or stands but the frame should slide across the floor just fine and that should about do it
