where do i get those at? also when installing it. after i take the bolts out. will the fluid leak out? wear do i replace it? it uses the same oil that goes in manual trannyas right. ive never taken a differential cover off before..

use standard gear oil if any leaks out, but probally it won't. Go to a local bolt suppoly place (not home depot, but a place locally that speciallizes in bolts) and get some that are 1/4 longer. You can measure the depth of the hole and might be able to get some 1/2" longer though.

Running with that bracket off the diff is a good idea. To braze to the cast housing you need to really know what you're doing, it's all about the amount of heat, otherwise it'll just break. Either that bracket or the pic of that hoop over the diff that Seth threw up before.

if you use that bracket you posted definately get longer bolts and make sure they are grade5 or grade8. dont get the $.07 ones basically, cuz theyll break.

also, are you using heims or regular poly bushings on the wide part. id persoanlly use bushings due to wear issues (especially since yours is a daily), but thats a whole nother argument for some people.

I just meant that the center section is cast, and I wouldn't weld to it. The super-pivot joint should be fine.
