NOVEMBER 10

Thought i add a few more pics as i still have to wait on parts. Still waiting to go to the scrap metal yard to pick up some square bar & some misc other sheet metal pieces. I have a sick idea to play off my trunk that i have never seen anyone else do. I've also started changing my pin stripe over to black. Just did the trunk for now to see if i would like it. it totally changes the look & i love it. So here's the few pics i have takin

NOVEMBER 25

Holidays kick ass!!! I've got 4 days off this weekend & i figured i would spend some quality time with the neon. So i decided to polish up my CNC machined mounts thanks to EBAY!! I also finished cutting out the rest of the rear fender wells. Finally i got all my measurements i need for the cantilever so i can start building that. I brake out my mig to lay down some tachs & the fucker broke on me. The wire wont feed anymore & i dunno why. So i decided to modify some brackets. I had to trim off the rolled edge of the upper motor mount bracket & i also had to trim off the edge of the fender brackets. & to top off the evening today, my new flush mounted gas cap arrived today!!! You usually see these on choppers & they get color matched to the tank. You can hardly see them once they are finished. Mine will be going in the trunk on the new fender tub. Should look sweet when its welded in place!!

I see that your engine cradle is on the ground. Is your tranny pan a little lower than the engine cradle? I kinda have that problem, so when my body is on the ground the tranny pan slightly gets pushed on. Not sure if i should worry about it or not but ya ive gone threw 2 pans already lol still gotta put the third one on.

haha that sucks. both pans are about an inch or so from the ground

yea it does suck..dont think i'll worry about it lol. dont think im gonna be driving 0psi at all unless i want to completely trash my bumpers.

Anyway looks good, gonna be cool when its done.

God Damn, this shit is going to be bad as fuck...cant wait to see it in person or finished pics! Mad props dude..thats alot of work.
