im guessin you have a 4z motor also. id like to run a york off my G200, but i havnt seen any good bracket pics.
You havent seen good pics because where you mount a york on a g200 is pretty tight and dark area to get into and get pics. That and probably not many people have done it. I have, but alas, I dont have and good pics right now. But i might be able to explain it to you?
on the g200 you will need to relocate the battery to someplace else (or at least I did). The battery tray needs to be removed, at least most of it with a cutoff wheel. A small portion of the inner fender needed to be trimmed as well.
Now where did I mount it on the block? Crawl up under the truck on the passenger side and look at the oil filter sticking out at an angle from the block. Right above the oil filter are 4-6 threaded holes in the block that are unused. I made a template with a piece of paper and marked 4 of the holes on the paper that I was going to use.I then made a simple "L" bracket out of 1/4 steel and gusseted the two pieces for strength. It took a little trial and error to get the bracket to fit in the small space but it'll work. Once the bracket was installed it essentially looks like I made a "shelf" over the top of the oil filter. with the bracket removed I marked the bracket base plate for the york mounting holes. I set my york up to run vertically becasue of space limitiations but I think it looks good and fits real well. Mater of fact, if you didnt know what I did you would think it was factory, to look at it from the top.Anyway, like I said earlier, to get the york in the battery tray and part of the inner fender needsed to be trimmed. Mainly to allow the electric clutch vbelt pulley clearance.I elongated the york mounting holes in the base plate for a little bit of belt adjustment. I had to try 4-5 belts but I finally got one to fit perfectly and it runs right off a open spot on the crank pulley. A little bit of adjustment to the compressor to tighten the belt and that is basically how I got my 210 on my g200.
The biggest pain in the butt was actully finding a place to make a exhaust hose for me. The place I used brazed new ends on the old exhaust fitting and it now runs to a braided stanless high temp hose. This hose is about 4 feet long which should give the air a little bit of distance to cool before it runs into the DOT line..... that freakin hose was $125.00 but it works and has worked for a couple of years now...so... anyway...
