or you could jack the truck up and weld some square stock to the bottom of them frame up at the front of the cab and near the back of the cab. then cut your floor and let the body come to rest on the square tubing (also cut or fold the pinch so the botom of the rocker will lay on the tubing). you can then just weld up the back wall with the over lap or you can cut it so it buts up. but if you do it that way the body will be exactly level with the bottom of the frame. thats how we did a yota and an s-10 and they both came out great

i want to go 3 1/2 s/f and the trid. the other 1/2 or 1 inch but then again i am a lil crazy b ut the funnie thging is i am 6 2 and 260

Seems like a lot of work doing a traditional BD just for one inch or less????

well i want to lay the out side body line on the truck the lowest part and i am doing it on 20's
radar   +1y
mine was done 10 yrs ago and it needed only a 2" to lay the rocker with a folded pinch.
