nothing really, except for those who have 22's and 20's with good size tires. If they just have to lift up to turn it's not really a problem. When I was looking at it, with a 2" drop spindle or a similiar extension on the UCA you would be at 0 degrees camber with the truck around 3 or 4" off the ground if that.
Now don't get me wrong, it would be fantastic for that to be your ride height, especially if cruising. From that point on though you get positive camber.
To me it's really not a fix it's just trading where the camber goes. It's either there when your laid out or just gets added on to your lift. This is better but still isn't a good solution. At least in my mind, but I might be the only one who feels this way.
