soo i found out who stole my car he was from the local high school and from what ive heard this isnt the first car he has stolen mine being like the 3rd one or some shit

I had a 91 crx stolen about eight years ago when they found it, It was stripped and cut in half...

the kid was under the age of 18 i quess thats why they cant tell me his name
