Here are some pics of the doors on my 96 s-10 that I did, if it helps, I put mine as far out in the jamb as possible to let the doors open further, yours look in a little to far, mine opened perfect 90 and were straight and parallel and didn't drop at all

looks from the unlevel picture that one of your hinge pockets is not out towards the outside of the jam as far as the other.

id agree id say the to pocket isnt as far towards the outside as far as the other...

when i did mine i got the truck as level as i could . checked numourous spots on the truck to make asure it was level then started on my hinges.. it made things really easy.. knowing the truck was level..

personally id try moving the top bucket out.. also remember you want the pivot point of the hinge as close to the outside skin as possible without touching to allow the door to swing out and past to acieve a full 90degree opening.. hope this helps ya.. if ya need anymore help dont be afraid to pm me

with mine i tacke welded the pockets together using tubing to kleep them lined up.. ill try n find you a pic!

ok guys thanks for the responses...when I check my level ...the bottom one needs to come out ...so I think if I move them more counterclockwise in a sort of "upwards and counterclockwise position" it may help ...just sucks that I cut them like this and now there will be significant gaps to fill...I do have them welded together with angle iron in the back ...and they are straight together...so I guess that might be the problem ...

and thanks for getting the pic posted...for some reason when I put them in like I do on every other forum they didnt pop up

o as well ...I have had the truck level ...Ive checked on countless areas and it looks/seems level before I started... I was going by SUICEDOORS.com there "HOW-TO" but also going by many pics Ive seen ...the top pocket is rather close to the outside skin so I think its the bottom one which might be the problem ...but in order to move the bottom one out to the right...the top one needs to move more to the right a bit as well...
