ok well I called Dave over at Suicidedoors maybe for some clarification ...he was as stumped as I was...but I do figure I have to notch it like you guys are saying ...I am just not sure on one thing ...

If I level the hinges are they are normally that will create a full 90 degree turn on the doors... THAN when I have the hinge hit the window track ...notch it in order for it to fit inside the door skin?? ...how will I know how much to notch b/c I dont want the hinges to bind or hit the cab

mine still goes the full 90!!!!

well did you get the hinges level first than bend them?? ..just heat them??

its level first then i cut the back side and bent it right were it goes into the door. with the panel on it wount be seen at all. but in hind sight i would have just added some metal and stepped it out. mine works great and swings the full 90 and lines up just like nothing has changed. its realy fun watchin people pull and pull with it unlatched and then the door opens on the other side!!!
