i got a question for you guys....im pissed

ok, i got home off the road today and the neigbors are putting up a privacy fence next door.....well the fencing guys took it apon themselfs to drag my dually about 25 feet with it still in park , with a bobcat, and it had 2 flat tires on the drivers side.....made some real good drag marks with the tires........they needed to get to the neighbors back yard , so my truck was in the way......he told me he picked the rear of my truck up with the bobcat and rolled it, but my question was how in the hell did you get to the back of my truck when it was in the way!..........i took a closer look at the front of my truck and i cant tell if he picked the front end up with the bobcat or if he just drug my truck ....my front bumper is bent on the bottom in a couple places.........i tell you im pissed about it................ok , ok,,,, my question is can it damage my transmision or my rear end by draging it in park?? i havent moved it out of the yard because the battery is dead.........those guys better hope my truck is ok..........
the neighbors said they would fix anything that was damaged, so far they are going to buy me a new bumper.......

I'd tell them the tranny is stuck in park now becuse of them draging it after picking up a tranny tab maybe next time that might think about just hooking on to something to move it because it make their job easier
if your truck was on your property i'd lay awake at night thinking of stuff thats now wrong

i was thinking about going outside and putting a handfull of gravel in the rear end. that would make some good grinding noises... and also telling them dragging it made my windshield break from twisting the body....
i called the police and filled a report on the fencing company....they told me they shouldnt have ever touched my truck......a investigator is going to call me about all of this in a few days.....

That was crappy for sure. But if you start making stuff up that is wrong with it and they find out they may fight you and end up not paying for the damage they actually did.

Get an attorney......dont know why, just sounded like a good thing to say. Get you one of them really sleezy ones.....they ought to be able to tell you what to sue for...

Then after the attorney fees you can sell your dually to pay them.

time to kick someone in the nutz.... dude i would be knockin some poeple out hat is jsut wrong, should have came to the door and asked to move or waited, never touch one mans dually

man thats just wrong.. they have no right to move anything on your property anyways doesnt matter where they need to get to.. unless they have approval they shouldnt even be on your property.

yea what^^^ he said, sue them for mental distress LOL.. nah cause more headaches but yea call the company and ream them a new bunghole that is bs

the neighbours atmit there wrong and are willing to pick up the tab.
there going to be youre neighbours for some time to come so i think its best to be honest and keep them as friends , put i a battery start the truck and check the trans to see if its still working if so leave it at a new bumper if not show the defect to the neighbours and explain how something like that happen then have a trannyguy take a look at the tranny and make a real life price for it and maibe the neighbours want to have another trannyguy have a look and get a second opinion .
that seems to me the most honest way to deal with the issue
