i got a question for you guys....im pissed

the owner of the house is kissing some major ass.. he said he would buy me whatever in wanted for my truck (well not anything) because he feels really bad that this has happened...i think im going to get him to pay for a battery(a big one) and buy me a new bumper out of a lmc catalog....
i guess my tranny and rear end is going to be alright....all i need to move it right now is a power steering return hose and fluid.....oh yea and put my battery in it.........
they just came over and fessed up to how they moved it, he said they had to hook a chain to the engine crossmember and pull it out of the driveway, then got behind it with the bobcat and pushed it the rest of the way......

yea , im going to keep it honest, im just pissed someone would just drag my baby out of my own driveway just to tear down some bushes.....
i told them it might be a old 30 something year old truck , but it is my old truck and i think alot about my truck....i doesnt look like it but i have alot of money in that thing so far..........

I would have beat some ass..but that may be why as of now I can't own a handgun..lol

the neighbors just handed me 200.00 for the trouble they caused and the fence company said if i want a new bumper they would buy one..............and my truck is ok. i put a battery in it and started right up! after 6 months of setting......i couldnt believe it...lol....and the trans shifts good.......
only one problem it has is it doesnt have brakes.....guess i have a leak somewhere.???

Man I can not believe something like that would happen. You think the police could charge them with criminal tresspass and destruction of private property. I dont care if its a nice truck or not. Like you said its your truck and you care alot about your own property.

file charges on the fencing company as long as long its not your neighbor's friend or something like that. get them to pay for the bumper and give the $ to pay back yer neighbor, they might be the ones pulling u out of a burning house or something like that one day.

well , the investigator called me and said that if i pressed charges they would get picked up/or summond and taken to jail and have to get booked/fingerprited .etc.. and get a court date to appear.... ...the police said they should have never touched my truck...reguardless of the age of my truck or condition.....destruction of private property is the charge....
i was like wow! jail time for touching my baby...lol...
the investigator is going to call the fencing company and tell them there options; pay to fix my truck, or go to jail and pay to fix my truck....

i got to looking at my bumper and it is now up on one side more than the other side...im not to sure what they did to my truck to make the bumper sideways,,,i bet after i get done with them the fence company will never touch another persons property ever.....
