i got a question for you guys....im pissed

Sometimes people just need to be taught a lesson.

If the fence company is cooperating and not giving you any static about paying for fair, honest repairs, I'd just roll with it.

...but the instant they start flipping you crap, I'd be on the phone with that Investigator to press charges. But again, only if they fail to take care of the fair, honest damage they caused. You know if you asking for something that is unfair or out of line.

And I agree with Phil...give the two bills back to your neighbor. It's always nice to have allies instead of resentment next door.

i was going to ask them to just pay for a new bumper and brackets, and get someone to look at my engine crossmember and my frame to make sure its not bent....they had to hook up to something sturdy enough to pull it out of the driveway.....
and i did try to give the 200.00 back to the neighbor and he wouldnt take it back.....
i havent heard back from the inverstigator yet , i will let you all know what he said......im sure its going to be all good...
