I got the print out for my smog today to take to the DMV, and it turns out I passed everything BUT the CO%. Trucks running way too rich, so I gotta tune the carb. Lol. But I get to bring it back until it passes without paying again. So any advice on adjusting the fine tuning of a carb?

in the USA, you cant get it inspected. The states that have inspections, either 1) totally prohibit it, or 2) you cant lay out, you have to have something limit the travel down. but most of the time, its not allowed, period, even if its like state of the art shit.

I just need to tune the carb. Its running about 3 times as rich as it should be, so its not good to run the motor like that anyway. Also possibly why it idles like ass. I just have to figure out how to properly tune it.

Change out the jets to a smaller size?!?!? That should lean it out.
