dude your a bridge away from portland, there has to be custom collision shops there. I think the "Class Act" club is out of P-town. but don't you think this would be a good starter project for you, your miller should do just fine. Other than that, you need basic cutting tools and bodywork tools. If you have never done body work before this would be a good starter. (relativelly flat surface). You can put it on a horse or bench in the garage, and put alittle time in everyday.. I got faith in ya.
That and if you actually tackle it, and it turns out good, your gonna start welding everything up.
