The uppers have nothing to do with the lift your vehicle gets, Un raised Uppers would cause more clearance from the wheel to the Fender Because of the Amount of camber un raised uppers cause.

Just FYI!

i have no problem with the amount of lift i get. i get about 9" of lift out of the front of my truck.

I don't think they were asking about you lift, they were worried about the camber going postive at full lift. I'm sure your custom uppers are longer than stock so they don't camber as bad, but when lifted they push the tire out causing positive camber. I get about 12 inches of lift out of the front of my truck. At full lift the camber barely goes positive. My ride height is around 31 inches from the fender to the ground. I could get more lift if I had more stroke from the bag. The balljoints arent even close to being maxed out.

We do make the control arms 2 different ways. The 22 in wheel arm uses factory ball joints. These are also for just laying the front cross member and gas tank. The 24in arms come with the chevy ball joint. They are also for laying true frame our stock floored vehicles with 22's or bigger. With those arms the upper control arm mounts need to be raised depending on the wheel size. 3 to 5 in. Glad everyone likes them and if they ever have a problem we will warrenty them.
