why are so many fullsize chevys running 2-links? i think its about half of them. i know ekstensive helped with their kit, but i was just wondering. their are more on these than other trucks is what im saying....

just my opinion its easy as hell for starters its quick and it works really good i mean not to say that 4 links dont either and a 2 link has its pros and cons but it works and bill made a fortune off of them and you cant hate him for that

i know but alot of the better fullsize chevys have them. for example the yellow gmc on the domination tour video had a chrome one. i couldnt believe it. if they spend all that time perfecting every little thing on the truck, and stick with a 2-link. i heard that the only pro to a 2-link is that its cheap and easy, then why do all these nice trucks have them?

maybe im asking an unanswerable question..

honestly on my trucks i currently have two with two links both being chevys/s10s

only reason i wont run a 2link on any of my other rides is cause one came with a 4link already n the other needs a 4link or else it has some really bad transmission issues...

ill admit i hate the lack of lift. but i love the fact its simple, the ease of the install except for the blazer i did. its one of those things its a choice.

i also have a panhard bar on my 2link bars also so i consider it more of a 3link but thats my opnion...

it all come down to choice and what you want for your ride thats what makes us diffrent we call pick what we want 2 links are tough as hell too

i think all the nice trucks in the magazines and what not have them cause there cheap and easy. As well as they don't hardly play with the truck. Other than air'en it up and lettin it smack the pavement thats the only time they use them (im guessing). So why waist money on a 6link or something when you can build a 2 link for a fraction of that.

I dont use the leaf spring front mounts far a 2 link if you move the mounts up under the cab you get better lift and a nice ride. Pinion angle is better to. Sometimes 2 links can fit in tight spaces better.

they are easy. But also I think they are more durable and they have less moving parts to break. Also for some one that doesn't want side to side they are the only way to go. I've had mine for over 3 years and have not had one problem. just my .02
