The Rodeo started out as a 2wd, 4cyl, 5 speed. You could get a 6cyl,2wd automatic, but they never offered the option of having it in the 4cyl unless it was a 4x4. I picked up a 1991 2wd, 4cyl, automatic, Spacecab with a bad head gasket and used thet as my doner vehicle. Unfortunately, even thouigh they had the same block and head, just about everything else was different.
