Laying a Tacoma on 20?s

Mine wears in the back right at the body line where it dips in

When you say the inner rack pivot needs to intersect the upper and lower arm pivots what do you mean? So will raising the rack help? I think I can get it a 1/2" higher....that probably wont even be worth the work. What if the tierod end can pivot more, like if I replace it with a heim?
