BD to the doors experiences?

why not lay it out full door, and move your rocker up like a mild section job? I think this would be cleaner, and actually give you some driveability. thats the plan with mine anyways. i hate the look of doored trucks, they look like they are structurally weak.

Mine is 3/8" plated under the doors so I can lay it out on rocks n crap at runs. Id drive it daily but its a pain in the ass. No ac plus I would get rolled all the time out here.

my trucks a 95 fullsize chevy extcab , i stil have ac and heat, i didnt lose much room at all , jus lowered the seats down, its actually more comfortable now, its stock floored and traditional , built my own frame from firewall back and i drive it daily , i mite actually finish it one day lol

mine just stock floored raised tranny tunnel 2" - no ac. oh well.

Do it, I am to my hoe. And it is gonna be driven daily.

I think im gonna go ahead and door it, now its just a matter of figuring out the best method. I think its gonna take a stock floor/small channel combo to get it down the way i want

you wont regret it , plus you get to pick on your friends that didnt go that far , i do , lol , thats the best part, go for it

Does anybody have a daily driver bd to the doors? I have an 84 C-10 that im considering cuttin the rockers off of but Im worried that havin to be extra careful about opening the doors on uneven surfaces to keep from destroying my doors will become a bigger p.i.t.a. than its worth. bro if you have any doubts then dont do it? mine was doored and dailied and that sh*t sucked b#lls. even sucked at some shows. dont get me wrong i loved my doored truck but not worth the headache to me

to me to the door for a daily sucks. to many hassles. to those above that say itz the wya togo, yeh its neeto, but are they painted? repairing and repainting the entire bottom of your truck sucks afteer a couple fo times.

your bed wrinkles, your doors wrinkle, your fender bottoms get torn up. doored is cool, if your gunna run primer the entire time.
