just a thought...definitley put some sort of support on that fender where you cut it out....that shit is almost garaunteed to start crackin...i assume you are gonna do some trialer fenders? right? i took out the aprons(inner fenders) of my taco to clear my 19's and that took all teh fender support out and about a month later both fenders had small cracks developing....i put a braket of some sort until i got my inner fender tubs done

wow that looks like a HUGE tire you go on those 20's...might be the shadow too though. I did a little measuring, with the tires i got now ill be sitting on my fender when i lay my crushed up rockers flat. If i run that 235/30 tire i should just barely clear. My hood has the supports cut out already to clear the tire already so hopefully i wont bend that up either.

If you run a 225/30 on those 20x8.5s it will stretch the hell out of the tire but it will also make the tire shorter...if you can deal with the look it will help alot with clearance. I know that all 225/30/20s should be the same overall diameter, but I have had the nitto neo gens next to all other brands in the same size and its the shortest.

Yeah my Nittos are a little shorter than the Hankooks I had before, and they are supposed to be the same size. Like 1/4" if I remember right.
