Thanks for the reply. I filed a claim with paypal, but he didn't have any money so they couldn't take anything from him. We will see what happens.

Thanks! I had that number and called him many times, but he only answered once and pretended to be someone else.

I called him 2 weeks ago and he called his local police department saying it was harassment. Little did he know that he has to actually answer the phone and tell me to stop calling in order for it to be harassment.

This guy knows how to break the rules, I have to admit he is good.. I just want other forum members to beware so they don't get the same outcome.
