see the narrow strip of concrete forward of my dump truck? The garage to the right is a postage stamp suitable maybe for a two door Speck, but you cant shut the garage door with a truck in it, which is ok because you cant get out, the truck doors dont open wide enough

I rent space at a shop but its all the way across town and by the time I get ready to go, somthing comes up.

SO I feel your pain man.

my house burnt to the ground and left just the basement, so i covered the area with tin and enclosed it, so burn your house to the ground and make lemons in to lemonade!

this is what i got to work in for two weeks once

this is where it sits now for me to work on

now on top of this my neighbors on both side are 65+ and like to call the cops on me if i ever work on it past 8pm even if im just tighten bolts

also there is no where around here that is willing to rent out space even though ive offered well over what i pay for rent every month at my house

I bagged my catera in my moms driveway, it sucked balls.

Now I got a steel building at my house and it is like a dream come true even tho I dont have the time or much less the money to work on my own stuff.

Hope it gets better for you guys, just hang in there.

Hey kadillakstyle how much did that metal building cost you? I have a 1500sqft shop and would like to put something on my property.

The building itself was around 6k then about 2k for the floor and 2k for electricity. Couldve shaved alot off the price of the shop but I wanted it a certain way. Like the doors being on the broad side costed me like a grand then that style roof was a little extra from the barn looking style. I just really wanted the garage to be parallel with the house and kinda match so it wouldnt look tacky sittin back there.
